Conservative Majority New Jersey Assembly Endorsements: The Incumbents
In addition to our endorsements of Assembly challenger candidates, we have also endorsed 4 Republican incumbents for the Assembly that we at Conservative Majority New Jersey feel meets the “conservative criteria” that validate their quest for reelection.
The endorsement process for incumbents was much easier because a voting record has been established. With that being said, some of our readers may be surprised to see some names that are NOT on this list, and you can attribute their exclusion due to various reasons we took into consideration.

We are endorsing both incumbents in this race for reelection; Alison McHose and Gary Chiusano. Alison & Gary, along with Steve Oroho in the State Senate, probably make up the strongest trio of Conservatives in any District in the State of New Jersey.

This endorsement is a no-brainer. You don’t get more Conservative then Michael Patrick Carroll and no one deserves to be reelected more then he does. That was almost not the case if the RINO establishment had their way.
Part of the NJ GOP’s efforts in the Primary season to destroy Conservatives was to take out Michael Patrick Carroll. Thankfully, the Republican Primary voters are smarter then the establishment and the Morris County GOP Chairman, who did NOT endorse Michael Patrick Carroll in the Primary.
WE DID.
HE WON.
We are endorsing him again.
26th Legislative District
Our final endorsement goes to Jay Webber. This is NOT an endorsement based on his performance as NJ GOP Chairman or as Christie’s mouthpiece. Jay Webber the Assemblyman is much more Conservative then NJ GOP Chairman Jay Webber. And that is what the endorsement is based on, his performance as an Assemblyman.
We have a LONG history with Jay Webber going back to the 2007 June Primary when both he and his opponent Larry Casha heavily courted us for our endorsement leading into the Primary. We went with Jay, and we continue to stick by him as a politician. We hope you all will do the same.
