Can I point out the obvious? You voted for candidates backed by the Republican Party which is different than voting for a conservative. If you cannot recognize the difference, you should not be commenting here.

I would be curious to learn how you voted in the primaries? 2001 & 2005 for Governor and 2006 for Senate. In those races, there was a conservative choice.

I am not a fake. I have always supported and voted for conservative candidates. I voted for John McCain in 2008 and George Bush in 2000 and 2004.

I also voted for Bret Schundler (btw Bret endorsed Chris Christie for Governor) in 2001, Douglas Forrester in 2005, and will proudly join with all my fellow conservatives when we vote for Chris Christie and Kim Guadagno in 2009!

I admire Senator Graham as a leader in the Republican Party and among the most important conservatives in our country today.

He has articulated conservative pronciples and beliefs for a long time and continues to play an important role in applying conservative principles to government.

My guess is that if John McCain does not run for President in 2012, Lindsay Graham will be a viable candidate for conservatives, especially from the South.
